Acclaimed artist, musician and longtime Encinitas resident Mary Fleener (shown at left with her recently completed mural, “Leucadia Jam Session,” on the west wall of the Leucadia 7-Eleven) has been proactive in our community for years, so it’s no surprise that she helped lead the charge in the successful effort to save Pacific View.
