NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY
PACIFIC VIEW SITE, 608 THIRD STREET, ENCINITAS, CAPARCEL NUMBER 258-115-122 – PUBLIC NOTICE
The District anticipates the following time line for the bid process for potential sale of the property:
January 21, 2014: Adoption of the Resolution of Intention to Sell
February 7, 2014: Release of Bid Documents
February 11, 2014: Bidder’s Interest Meeting at District Office 2-3PM
February 27, 2014: Site Walk at School Site and Pre-Bid Meeting at District Office- 2:00 PM
February 20, 2014: Last Day to Submit Questions for Clarification received by the District on or before 5:00 PM
February 24, 2014: Final Responses/Addendum Issued by District
March 24, 2014: Deadline for Receipt of Sealed Written Bids submitted on or before 4:00 PM
March 25, 2014: Public Opening of Bids and Public Auction
March 25, 2014: Potential Award
